Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hopscotch House FW. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Only Domestic shipping available within the US
All orders will ship for $6.99 USPS First Class

Return & Exchange Policy
Most merchandise may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of delivery for items purchased through our online shop. Items purchased online, may be returned in store. Product must be unused and in original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (260) 424-0376.
Returns must be properly packed, original packaging is recommended, and sent at the customer's expense to Hopscotch House, ATTN: Returns, 1301 Broadway, Fort Wayne, IN, 46802
Once we receive the package, we will credit the original form of payment within seven business days. Your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received this information. Items that arrive to Hopscotch House damaged in any way will not be refunded.

To exchange an item, simply follow the return process and then place a new order.
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to cancel your order. After 24 hours the order has been processed and may already be in route to you and can no longer be cancelled. Sale items are an exception and cannot be canceled after the order is placed.
